Refund policy

Shipping - $5 flat rate - $100 & over is free 

Returns - Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS. 

• Due to how fast inventory moves & is ever changing, no more than 2 returns a MONTH will be accepted. 
• ALL Jewelry is FINAL SALE!!

Shipping Returns - you have 10 days from confirmed delivery to send back to us. We must receive on or before the 10th day or it will not be accepted. Items must have tags still attached and returned in new condition, free from stains and smells.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

All sales final on: clearance, jewelry, lashes, accessories, leggings, bralettes, seasonal merchandise and preorders. 

PickUp Returns - you have 7 days from the day of PURCHASE, not from the day you picked up, to bring back for an exchange or store credit. Tags MUST still be attached & items MUST be free from stains and smells. 

All sales final on: clearance, jewelry, lashes, accessories, leggings, bralettes, seasonal merchandise and preorders. 

Damaged Items: if you receive a damaged/defective item, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving/picking up. Please message the Facebook business page, The Cactus Pearl, with photos and description of the damaged item(s). Please look over your garments entirely before removing tags. Once tags are removed, we cannot take the item(s) back for any reason. No exceptions. 

If the items you’re returning do not meet these guidelines, they will be sent back to you. You will be sent an invoice for return shipping, if not paid within 5 days the items will be donated to a charity of our choice. 

We will hold pickup items for 30 days in store. After 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made, the items will be donated. 

We are not responsible for packages lost due to outdated or incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for stolen packages. All packages come with tracking - but once it is picked up by USPS it is out of our hands.
